Let’s All Sing Together on
September 5th

Opera Baltimore invites you to be part of an exciting and unforgettable event at our Fall for Opera concert on Thursday, September 5th, at 7pm in Mount Vernon Place. We’re closing the evening with a special performance of "Va pensiero" from Nabucco, and we want you to join us in creating a powerful moment by surrounding the audience with the beauty of your voices.

Here’s how you can get involved:

• RSVP: Let us know you’re in by filling out this form. Your response helps us organize and plan the event, and it also lets us know how much prosecco and cookies to have ready for the post-concert reception at the Engineers Club.

• Preparation: You can download the music here (and the button below) and start preparing your part. We’re looking for singers who can prepare the music on their own, sing accurately and in tune, and follow the conductor from a distance.

• The Plan: The concert kicks off at 7pm, and we expect to perform "Va pensiero" around 7:45 or 8pm, depending on the flow of the evening. You’ll receive all the details by email before the event.

Whether your last opera singing experience was on a major stage, in a classroom, or even in the shower, we welcome you to join us. This is an opportunity to celebrate the vibrant opera community in Baltimore and to create something extraordinary together. Let’s show our city what we can do when we come together!
